if I didn't do my homework-- I would always be happy

So today I lived a really cool day.
I went on campus-camping last night, which was quite hysterical and legitimate at the same time. Sometimes, times like these I love Wellesley so much.
I got lost in the woods last night too--not so lost just for like 20 minutes but hey, not so many people can say they got lost on their campus in the woods right?
Then I woke up in a tent at 6 am to hike back to my dorm and ride my bike to walk Phoebe--this dog I am dogsitting. Then I hurried back and put on my costume as Pocahontus for the No Man's Land Ultimate Frisbee tournament at Wellesley. We all dressed up as Pocahontus, other teams were other historical women such as Sarah Palin and Wonder Woman. It was really an amazing day. It was like 85 degrees and I am so sunburned and sore and exhausted from playing 5 games and biking back and forth to walk that dog.
But I love Wellesley so much right now. I love the Whiptails. I love my RD who makes seasonal treats for us on Sunday nights--so he made homemade ice cream tonight. I love that I am joining an Ultimate team in Kampala this summer, full of ex-pats and peace corp volunteers and of course some Ugandan nationals. I love my dear roomate and my friends who came to watch me play even though they have absolutely no idea how the game of Ultimate works. I love the cheers and the intensity that we have as a team- because its super funny and serious at the same time. For example my new favorite cheer goes like this:
(we are all standing in a circle with our thumbs holding a disc and the caller says:
C: What is the longest river in Egypt?
Team: DE NIle
C: What keeps a dog in the yard?
Team: DE Fence
How do you make babies in the woods?
Fucking in Tents
then you proceed to scream 3 times in a row while jumping like a high school football team would: Denial, Defense, Fucking Intense
Denial, Defense, Fucking Intense
Denial, Defense, Fucking Intense

And basically, cheering that together makes me so happy!

So I love my life today--and that makes it really hard to decide if I am going to study abroad, transfer or stick around Swelles.
